The KL Children's Choir

The KL Children's Choir is the brainchild of Susanna Saw, founder and musical director. It was formed in April 2003 with a pioneer batch of 14 members aged between 6 and 12.

Now based in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur ,  the Choir has grown to 110 members. It is open to boys and girls who like to sing and perform.

Our Dreams...

  • To develop musicianship and choral skills from young through a systematic, planned programme based on Kodaly Method

  • To provide an environment where young children can develop such skills in their own pace and have fun doing it

  • To provide opportunities for the children to perform as a choir to develop teamwork, discipline and leadership

  • To educate parents and the general public on the need to develop choral and musicianship skills from young with an aim of building a strong choral culture in Malaysia
